Why do we flash-freeze our meals?
We flash-freeze our entrees immediately after cooking to lock in peak freshness, flavor, and nutrients—without added preservatives. Rapid freezing creates smaller ice crystals, which helps preserve the integrity of each ingredient. The result is a meal that reheats beautifully and tastes just as fresh as when it was prepared.
How are my meals delivered?
We deliver all meals in temperature-controlled, zero-degree trucks to ensure they remain fully frozen from our kitchen to your building. Each order is carefully packed to protect freshness and food safety throughout the delivery process.
What is the packaging like?
Meals arrive securely packaged and ready to be placed directly into your freezer. Sustainability matters to us—our packaging, including printed materials, is 100% compostable and responsibly sourced, and our insulated delivery bags are made from recycled materials.
How long will my entrees last in the freezer?
For the best flavor and texture, we recommend enjoying your entrees within a few weeks of delivery. While they will remain safe when kept frozen longer, consuming them sooner ensures the highest quality experience.
Can I change my entree selections each week?
Yes. You can update your entree selections weekly through your personal customer portal. Simply log in using the password sent to your email and make changes before the weekly cutoff.
What is the order cutoff?
All orders and weekly entree changes must be submitted by Saturday at 12:00 PM (noon) prior to the week of delivery.
