By accessing or using the Leaf & Bloom Entrees website and Services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

Service Description

Leaf & Bloom Entrees provides a subscription-based, flash-frozen meal delivery service offering weekly or bi-weekly meal packages delivered to select areas of Manhattan and Brooklyn.

Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically unless paused or canceled before the weekly cutoff

Billing occurs prior to the scheduled delivery

Prices are listed exclusive of applicable taxes and delivery fees unless otherwise stated

You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing and delivery information

Delivery

Deliveries are made to buildings with a doorman, concierge, or someone available to receive the delivery at the building entrance

We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses, lack of access, or inability to receive the delivery

Risk of loss transfers upon successful delivery to the building entrance

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
