Refund policy

Due to the perishable nature of our meals, all sales are final after the weekly order cutoff.


Order Cutoff

Orders, subscription changes, pauses, or cancellations must be submitted by Saturday at 12:00 PM (noon) prior to the week of delivery

Changes made after the cutoff will apply to the following delivery cycle


Cancellations and Pauses

Subscriptions may be paused or canceled at any time before the weekly cutoff

Once the cutoff has passed, the upcoming delivery cannot be canceled or refunded


Delivery Issues

Missing or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

At our discretion, we may offer a credit or replacement for verified issues

We do not issue refunds for delivery failures caused by incorrect information or lack of access
